Where I See God
Riding in an old creaky side-car, the poor children goes around the town to collect garbage. It is the only way they know they can raise money to buy food for their everyday struggle. While these kids are busy working for themselves, this little, dirty face of Nonoy frowns as he patiently waits for his mother to come home, wondering if she has food to feed their tummies.
I salute to the foundation of Philippine Animal Welfare Society for being there to promote the rights of this dog and kitten. It’s not only these two pets that deserve freedom, but thousands of them. Enough with animal abuse. They are living things too.
Circumstances like war, famine, and catastrophe are the exams that God has bestowed on us. In these times of adversity, we must tighten our hands, stay strong and faithful hoping that life’s challenges will just perish. If only we stay true to others, like helping in such relief operations, we can always overcome every storm all together.
On the left arm of God is a paralyzed man rejoicing for his victory. Many handicapped people fulfilled despite of their sufferings. It is one of the world’s wonder that disabilities are not barriers for success.
Right at the top of everything, there stand a captured loving hearts of an old couple. Love makes the world go round as they say. For me, love is the last good reason to say that life is all worthwhile.
These different photos captivate me. It is indeed an inspiration to continue doing good because in every beautiful deed is an instance where there is God.
